The Externship Program provides licensed Pro students and graduates the opportunity to work with real clients in The Hue Solution Spa while continuing to learn and refine their skills.

The Mentorship Program

The One-One-One Mentorship Program offers individualized learning and guidance directly from Nicole. There are three levels, based on the student’s needs and experience:

  • Level 1: Skill Refinement — technique and service improvement

  • Level 2: Business Readiness — setting up spa services, retail structure, pricing strategy

  • Level 3: Leadership & Brand Growth — mentorship for instructors or spa owners

Outcome: A tailored plan for skill mastery, business growth, and confidence in leadership — guided by Nicole’s 24 years of industry and 16 years of teaching experience.
